Joy to the World!

This album came about because the webmaster's wife said we should make a Christmas album. And, as said before, how can you so no to your wife? So, in the Fall of 2003, this album was finished. All was done with just a twelve-string guitar accompaniment.

The album was done with the artists name of, "Members of Lighthouse Baptist Church," of which we are members. We got a lot of good help on the songs by other members of the Church.

Feel free to listen and download the songs. That's why they are here. All we ask is that you do not use our songs in your projects unless we have the right to affirm that we are walking in the same spiritual direction.

	O Come All Ye Faithful	"Yea Lord we greet thee, born this happy morning, Jesus to thee be all glory giv'n. Word of the Father now in flesh appearing. O come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord."
	Silent Night, Holy Night	Just a simple song, simple music. Perfect for simple singers.
	Away in a Manger	The webmaster's daughters, Danni and Mishal, and Mishal's friend Hannah, each sang a verse with us on this song. They did a great job.
	It Came Upon the Midnight Clear	"And ye beneath life's crushing load, whose forms are bending low, who toil along the climbing way, with painful steps and slow; Look now, for glad and golden hours, come swiftly on the wing; O rest beside the weary road and hear the angels sing."
	O Come, O Come Emmanuel	A very fun Christmas song.
	Thou Didst Leave Thy Throne	"O come to my heart, Lord Jesus; There is room in my heart for Thee."
	O Little Town of Bethlehem	Luke 2:12-16 is read between the first and second verses. We over-dubbed the guitar four times to get the right sound for the accompaniment.
	Hark! The Herald Angels Sing	Charles Wesley wrote this triumphant hymn of Jesus, the King born in Bethlehem.
	Angels From the Realms of Glory	Another triumphant hymn of Christmas, this time from the pen of James Montgomery.
	Joy to the World! The Lord is Come	"He rules the world with truth and grace, and makes the nations prove the glories of His righteousness and wonders of His love." - That will happen. Will you be ready when He rules the World?
